Hi
Long story short:worked for a company from June 2008 until the company went into liquidation in feb 2009 . one week after have been called to come back to work in the same buiding the same colleagues basically everything was the same( even the phone number) just the name was changed. So worked for this company from feb 2009 until oct 2009 when after not recieving my wages for 3 months (july, aug, sep) have been send home without any explanation. In Oct 2009 i went to the employment tribunal and win the case but all i have is a peace of paper cos it doesnt help me in getting my money. Cant claim insolvency - dont have 24months and also they'r saying that it wasnt continues employment even thought it was :-(
any advice is welcome

You need to get a warrant of execuition and send in the bailiffs. You won the tribunal so the warrant is a technicality and a form or two. Once the bailiffs turn up at the company i think you'll find they stump up pretty fast.0
