TalkTalk are useless! stay away from this company

I joined TalkTalk in October and paid £114 for a years line rental and they told me in November they had not received this payment.I have been on the phone nearly every day battling with them about this and i sent a bank statement to their head office in London which by the way has no phone and still they are denying this payment has gone through.
They then cut my phone and broadband off and it took me days to get it switched back on by going to the citizens advice beaurau who have sent them a formal complaint and I am getting a call from the chief executive of TalkTalk tomorrow so hopefully I will get somewhere.
My advice is to stay away from this company altogether as I have had nothing but stress since October sending emails faxes and letters to them and not getting anywhere as all the advisors are hard to understand and they dont seem to know what they are doing.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
