VENT
Went into their Walsall store today. Spotted a laptop behind electronics counter so asked to see it and was shown display model. Decided I would buy it so the sales assistant got one from back put the battery in and turned it on so we could see it working (they were all refurb units).
Was very happy with service up until that point.
He then went off to deal with an irrate customer with returned item, we looked at laptop and waited for him to finish with them. His collegue served a customer next to us and asked him where an item was to which he replied he would go get it in a min. Which he then did after he had finished with the returned item, then continued to chat to another of his collegues and this customer.
After waiting for him to come back and take our money for what seemed like half an hour we left, leaving the laptop still logged on and on the counter.
Really not happy with the service received. I would have thought it would be better customer service to complete a transaction with the customer who has just told you they want to buy it before dealing with other customers. Possible a lucky escape as I saw 2 other customers returning electronic items.
