Solar Options for Landlords

If a Landlord had 50 properties, could he put Solar panels on them all and then enjoy the feedback tariff for himself?

    Yes.

    Many Councils have been doing this.
  • The properties would obviously need to be in the right location (not too far north) and have roofs facing the right direction (south) and enough roof space to get a decent return.
  • if you hasd even 10 propertys which were facing the right way, you would make a healthy income from it, image 10 4kw systems that will give you 16k a year tax free !!! minimum
  • The only problem being what happens if your tennants say take of with your kit or damage them.
