Orangehome to hotmail email problem

My friend has finally got broadband, and a new "orangehome" email account. This is working out fine for her, but she is unable to email my hotmail account. I can email her, but she cant email me.
Any ideas?

Not sure if its just me - we are trying to find out if her other hotmail friend has received her email. Will update the thread when we find out.

Update incase anyone is interested
Orange have told my friend that it is a spam filter that they are using which is filtering out hotmail account and anything international
They are aware of the problem and are trying to sort it out.Threadhead0
