Quote to plasterboard a ceiling

Hi all, very quick question, I'm near swansea in S. Wales, I've been qoted £120 cash to plasterboard a ceiling, the room is roughly 4x4 meters with a chimney on one wall. No skim just fitting the boards.
I've taken down the old ceiling and supplying the materials, does this seem like a fair price?

Thats quite good. Its a days labour for a plasterer.
Or you could do it yourself, keep the joint tight though....0
