Method & cost of entry:

Trip to see JLS at the O2, London

A trip for the winner and one (1) adult companion to London to see JLS in concert, to include:

· Standard class return rail travel from the UK mainland train station nearest to the winner’s home to London (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to London and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel);

· Tickets for the winner and one (1) companion to see JLS in concert on 24 March 2012 to take place at The O2, Millennium Way, London(subject to venue restrictions, photographic ID may be required);

· Return ground transfers between the arrival rail station in London and the hotel;

· Return ground transfers between the hotel and the concert for the winner and their companion; and

· One (1) night bed and breakfast accommodation at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London on 24 March 2012 based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room;

Holiday

A trip for the winner and one (1) adult companion between 20 and 24 January 2012 inclusive to Los Angeles, USA to include:

· Return economy class flights from London Heathrow Airport to LAX Airport (subject to availability);

· Three (3) nights accommodation for the winner and their companion at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room;

· One (1) dinner from a set menu and a bottle of wine (provided that the maximum value of the bottle of wine is $85 US) at Asia de Cuba Restaurant in the Mondrian Hotel for the winner and their companion during the winner’s stay (subject to restrictions and availability);

· Return transfers between the airport and hotel;

· Return transfers between the hotel and the restaurant;

· Travel insurance for the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companion are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions; and
· A meet and greet with JLS (subject to availability).

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that JLS do not perform on the relevant date, or that the concert does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prizes will be provided.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at either hotel for security deposit purposes.

The concert element of the prize must be taken up on 24 and 25 March 2012 and no other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companion are available to travel on 24 and 25 March 2012 in order to take up the concert element of the prize.

The Los Angeles holiday element of the prize must be taken up between 20 and 24 January 2012 inclusive and no other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companion are available to travel between 20 and 24 January 2012 inclusive in order to take up the Los Angeles holiday element of the prize.

The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. The winner and their companion must be aged 18 years old or over and at least one (1) member of the travelling party must be aged 21 years old or over.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the visa entry requirements to the USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Los Angeles, USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
