There is one prize of one day to be spent at Waitrose Cookery School in London on 16 January 2012 (9am - 4.30pm). On the 16 January 2012, the winner will be given a tour of the Cookery School and introduced to the team, before testing recipes alongside James Campbell (head chef pastry) and James Bennington (head chef). The winner will be provided with lunch prepared by the resident chefs. In the afternoon, the winner will be given the choice to either shadow a chef who is teaching other cookery school customers, learning techniques in the kitchen with the resident chefs or participating in a course taught at the Waitrose Cookery School (subject to availability). Refreshments will be provided throughout the day and the winner will leave with a folder of select recipes.
