Texecom are a good reliable make.

I think the R8 is a wired system. Is the installer going to wire all the sensors to the control panel?

yes the quote includes all wiring. he said he charges £20 a hour labor and it should take him 6 hours to complete, but even if it take him longer he will not charge more than quoted.

There is much less to go wrong with a wired system compared to a wireless. Including fewer false triggers!

That is a good package and quote!

£295 sounds too cheap for a fully wired system - it's a lot of labour - I would be wary.

Let us know how it goes as if genuine he can go on Leif's unrogue's gallery

    Hey,
Please suggest me which alarm system is best, wired or wireless.

    Thanks

Same as your internet. Wired every time. More work but a lot less to go wrong.
