i am having so much trouble with this comany trying to book the holiday i have won. the original email stated i had to choose a date jan-april avoiding school holidays and easter. i gave them a date 17th jan, but never got confirmation i could travel. just had another email to say the the hotel to where i have won is only available from 15th april, so much for jan-april.
