    their customer service is a nightmare and we are being constantly given false information and told a price is say £30 each and when you agree to book it is suddenly £160 each. i have been astonished at the dishonesty

    I've had 5 hols through them in last 16 months and they have been great 95% of the time - and when I did need to complain they promptly gave me a partial refund
    2025 : over 3 years without a win. Then 4 in a couple of months - 3 books and a small That’s Life prize 🎉🎉🎉
