Hi there, I have also just come accross this thread thru a google search. In my case, my kitchen is half tiled & half floorboard! in the middle by the join, is a concrete made up area. This is where the uneveness is. I am intending to remove the floorboards & make up the difference with exterrior ply. Then poss make up any difference in levels with the self levelling compound. What do you think??
