A copy of a will has no standing and is not evidence that it's a copy of the final will someone made..................

The NatWest is not noted for it's generosity.A copy of a will has no standing and is not evidence that it's a copy of the final will someone made."Never underestimate the mindless force of a government bureaucracyseeking to expand its power, dominion and budget"Jay Stanley, American Civil Liberties Union.0 -
As a follow up to earlier postings I am happy to say that on request Natwest were very obliging and professional and renounced their executorship incurring just a small admin fee. They did this having first made enquiries which I presume were to satisfy themslves that the probate process would be conducted properly.0
