exchange after 2 months?

hope this is in the right place, i have a skirt from miss selfridge that still has all the tags attatched but i dont have the invoice that came in the parcel(internet order) i bought it on the 7 oct so nearly 2 months ago, what my question is to you if i take the skirt to a miss selfridge store will they return it and give me vouchers or let me exchange?
ive rung their helpline today but was number 20 in a que:mad: so gave up! if anyone could help i would appreciate it.
meant to say i do have the order number and can show them online that my order was processed online.

    2 months old item and no invoice you will be lucky.

    I would expect the only way they would except it back is it was damaged in someway.

    Why are you wanting to return it?

    With fashion lines always changing it's also unlikely they will want it back. If they do accept it back then it would strictly be a goodwill gesture, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.

    You have no rights at all to a return, you are out of time for a return under DSRs so will be relying on goodwill.

  • ah what a shame, they are still selling the skirt on the website, i ordered a blue one and liked it so much i ordered the same in red,have not worn it and probably wouldnt so thought i'd return it and swap it for something else in the store ,thanks for all your replys though,

    If they are still selling it at full price I would try and take it back to store and just say you have mislaid the reiceipt, at best they will exchange it, worst they can do is say no.
