Don't let it bother you, you have got work experience now, there will be other companies, get on the phone/email, see if you can sign up through an agency.

Light maybe at the end of the tunnel, previously I worked waiting on/silver service for along time. I messaged the girl who "ran" the team and asked if there was anything going in the meantime of finding something more permanent and she said there is and she will make sure its at least 16 hours but above minimum wage. If only I could get on full time. My sisters going to stay why the schools are off for the next 2 weeks but then I'll need childcare if I havent found a job during the day. Better than a kick in the teeth though.
