Do not paint the kitchen, IF you have any paint from when you last did it and it makes you feel better then touch it up, but don't put yourself to any effort or expensive.
After all, your LL didn't for you - did she????? :mad:

Well done on clearing as much of your debts as you have, that's fantastic and I understand that you want to clear your friend before the companies, it does make sense and if the other companies are only getting token payments at the moment, it shouldn't be a problem. I do that too.

Do not paint that kitchen! touch ups are allowed but that is all! Your LL has been a pain and if you're not going to get anything out of it, why bother xx

I won't paint the kitchen :rotfl::rotfl: I dont have paint left even though it was only a month ago I did it I used the last of the paint to do the bathroom lol. Im sure she wont moan its a damn site better than what it was like when I moved in and its clean which is a big improvement on when I got keys :rotfl:

Nearly all moved now, the big stuffs going this morning then its done :eek: Handing key back to here tomorrow, Water bill letter came this morning and Ive called and paid and its now done and paid for Im gonna frame them court and water bills

I feel a totally different person now. I'm so much happier knowing things are much straighter not worrying what the postman will bring etc x got to admit you lovely people in here make a HUGE difference. Without all the help from here id probably still be stuck as I was before I joined x
