    Dont paint the kitchen.

Do you think its ok not too? I mean its 10000 times better than when I moved in I just dont want to come across as dirty or cheeky to leave it with a scrape down the wall (its the full length of the table but only about 3mm wide but like i say the full length of a dining table)

    Thank you scarlett :)

if you didn't pay a deposit, she has nothing to hold over you.

Also, you moved in with 2 young children and she had a broken back door, no cooker, damp..... and you want to paint a wall in her kitchen?

Sorry I missed your burfday - belated Happy Birthday wishes  Hope you enjoyed tea at Maccie D's.

I am definitely with the "DON'T PAINT THE WALLS" camp!

With the lack of regard yor landlady's shown you, you don't owe her anything. I bet it looks 10 times better than when you moved in. You need your money for you and your children :) Nuff said :p
