O2 home phone questions

I am thinking of taking out an O2 combined home broadband and home phone package and had a couple of questions about the home phone side.
First and most ipmortant, does O2 block or charge for calls using CPS prpoviders such as 1899 and 18185 ? This really is a critical issue from my point of view, so if they do not I would be interested to know if there have been any hints that they might do so in the future.
Secondly, is there still a charge for caller display and is their caller display any better than BT's: e.g. showing the numbers of calls from international callers ?
