Family holiday for 6

My boyfriend and I have £3000 between us to spend on a family holiday.

Each of us has 2 children, although my eldest will be 15 on the 21st August at the time so maybe classed as an adult.

We have found it best to book two rooms in the past and this is what we would be looking to do this year, we are happy to do this on two bookings if we can save money this way by geting a child free place. We have been to Majorca and Menorca the last two years and are looking for somewhere differant.

We are not sure where to go but have the following requirements....

Must be half board (for AI we could stretch abit more on the price)
Must have a nice sandy beach nearby.
Must be during August.

It would be good to be in a larger hotel as making friends is important to the kids, especially the teen.
Prefably mostly english guests (boyfriend insists on this)

Any ideas anyone?

Thank you!
