There's a difference between ranting at staff and abusing staff!
I don't care how long they have been waiting, abusing staff for the Groupons incompetence infront of children is irresponsible, juvenile and well out of order!!
Children are impressionable enough without having to see a group os supposed adults treating other members of society like such.
Any decent parent, having had it out with the staff (in a dignifying manner) would have cut their losses and taken their kids somewhere else and made the best of a bad situation then seek a refund and file a formal complaint after.
It seems a big part of the mistake was down to Groupon (although if the grotto can only handle 40 children per hour, what on earth were they doing using Groupon in the first place?). Yet you don't seem to have a bad word to say about them, you solely criticise the parents.
You've already claimed these parents should not be allowed to raise children. It seems in your world stressed and upset parents have to be perfect.
Do you also then agree the directors of Groupon shouldn't be allowed to run a business - given they were the root cause of these problems, and their business has made multiple mistakes over the last year?
Or were you just spouting hot air?0
