Terms and Conditions for L’Or!al Paris – PORTUGAL Competition.

1. One completed entry drawn at random will receive a trip for a family of 4 people consisting of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 on the date of travel. If either or both children are over the age of 12 on the date of travel, additional costs will be incurred by the winner.
2. The Portugal Holiday prize includes the following:
   - Return economy flights from a London airport to Portugal
   - 8 days car hire in an economy family sized vehicle
   - 7 nights' accommodation in a 4 star resort in the Algarve*
   - Dolphin spotting cruise around the coast*
   - Family pedal kayaking experience*
   - Entry into tropical world zoo
   - Dinner for four to a value of £100
   - Entry into the local water park
   
   No food / drink/travel or other expenses included other than that stated above
   
   *Alternatives may be offered for hotels, restaurants and tours, dependant on availability.
3. Travel must be booked within 11 months of the winner being notified and completed before 28th Feb 2013. All dates concerning flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods in country of departure or destination country and once booked cannot be amended. No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
4. The car hire driver must be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving license and have held a full driving license for at least 3 years.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to add additional excluded dates, which will be confirmed at the point of holiday reservation.
6. Travel insurance and other insurance not listed above, all other expenses, passports, any applicable visas and travel vaccinations, and all travel requirements and formalities are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companions.
7. The winner and his/her companions must have valid passports with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable).
8. Travel to domestic UK airport is not included.
9. The prize is as stated, it is not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of like value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
