Buying a TV online

Hello all
I'm looking to buy a new TV from Ebuyer but there are very few reliable reviews to be found on it and I can't find any stores that sell it. I'm buying it to use it with a Blu-ray player, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. If I was to buy it and find the picture quality isn't good enough (ghosting of images) to enjoy the things I bought it for what rights do I have in sending it back for a full refund?
In their Returns Policy it says "The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us." does this mean if I do find that the TV has Ghosting issues, I can't send it back?
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

You have exactly the same rights as if you bought it from a high street shop.
I don't understand your concern over 'ghosting'. Are you expecting problems that are highly unlikely to be there? If your that concerned simply look around on-line (or even phone the manufacturers), and find out where a local stockist is within driving distance of you to purchase off-line.0 -

Not exactly true. When buying online, providing you are a consumer buying from a business and they are based in the UK, you actually have more rights than if you were buying from a high street shop.
DSR's allow you to inspect the goods as you would in a shop. But they also give you 7 working days to notify them of your intent to cancel and receive a full refund (inc delivery charge) - however if you have been notified in a durable form prior to the contract being concluded that you are responsible for return postage costs, you would have to pay this and for a tv, it may be quite substantial. DSR's only cover you if there is no face to face contact.
If the TV was faulty, not of satisfactory quality etc then you can reject under SoGA for a full refund within a "reasonable" time (probably a week or two at most for a tv but "reasonable time" is not defined).
If you have the make and model number, why not google reviews? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
