Eligibility: The 7-Day Norwegian Fjords 2011 Cruise for Two Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") is open only to residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Seavacations U.K. Ltd. ("Promoter"), Holland America Line ("HAL"), or their affiliates, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older on or before 01 July 2011.
Prize Draw Period: Entries may be submitted from GMT 12:00 a.m. on 01 July 2011, and the prize draw ends at GMT 11:59 p.m. on 31 March 2012. Entries must be submitted through the website specified below (or if by post, postmarked), by GMT 11:59 P.M. on 31 March 2012, and postal entries must be received by the Promoter by GMT 11:59 P.M. on 09 April 2012. Entries submitted prior to or after the Prize Draw Period are void.
How to Enter: Please visit www.enterhal.com/UK and follow instructions for entry, or to enter by post, complete and return the entry form found in select Holland America Line publications. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the exclusive property of HAL. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter. Promoter is not responsible for any failure of its website during the Prize Draw Period, including any telephone problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of traffic congestion on the internet or at the website, or any combination related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the Prize Draw, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Prize Draw. Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, invalid, unintelligible or illegible entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute concerning any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
FOR ALL ENTRANTS: LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. ALL OTHER ENTRIES WILL BE VOID.
One Grand Prize: A 7-day Holland America Line Norwegian Fjords Cruise for the winner and one (1) guest, sharing accommodations of one (1) stateroom. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Winner may select any 7-day Holland America Line Norwegian Fjords Cruise departing in 2012, subject to availability at time of confirmation. The Grand Prize consists of stateroom accommodations for the winner and one (1) guest (same stateroom) and most shipboard meals (certain alternative dining options require payment of a fee). Stateroom category will be assigned by Promoter. The Grand Prize does not include airfares or other transportation to or from the port of departure, ground transfers, shore excursions, hotel service charges, personal onboard expenses, applicable passport, visa and entry/exit fees, insurances or any other items that are excluded from the cruise fare as stipulated in the applicable Holland America Line brochure from which the Grand Prize is selected, which may be viewed at www.hollandamerica.com. All such additional expenses and costs are the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize is provided subject to the Holland America Line Cruise Contract and applicable terms and conditions set forth in the Holland America Line brochure from which the cruise is selected, which may be viewed at www.hollandamerica.com. Guests under the age of 21 years (whether that be the Grand Prize winner or not) must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 21 years or older in the same stateroom. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, may not be resold, and cannot be used as partial payment toward a different Holland America cruise or stateroom category other than that assigned. The Grand Prize winner and guest are NOT eligible for Holland America air/sea programs or Holland America's Cancellation Protection Plan programs. No substitution of the Grand Prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of Promoter, which reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is £3349 (GBP). Actual value depends on market conditions at time of fulfillment. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Winner must take cruise prize in 2012. The Grand Prize will be awarded if properly claimed.

General Conditions:

1. One entry per person.
2. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held in London, U.K. on or about 15 April 2012. The selection of the winner shall be final and binding and there shall be no re-draw. Odds of winning depend entirely upon the number of qualified entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the closing of the Prize Draw period.
3. If the cruise prize is unclaimed by the Winner, there will be no re-draw and it will not be awarded to another entrant.
4. Cruise prize may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged, except at the sole discretion of Promoter. There is no cash redemption in the event the winner is unable to utilize the cruise prize.
5. As a condition of being awarded the cruise prize, Promoter may require the Winner to execute and deliver to Promoter a sworn statement of eligibility, acceptance of these official terms and conditions, and release of liability within 10 days of receipt of written prize notification, or the cruise prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Acceptance of a cruise prize constitutes permission for Promoter to use and disclose the winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
7. Information collected from entrants will be treated in accordance with Holland America Line's privacy policy that can be viewed at www.hollandamerica.com. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to the collection and use of his/her personal information and acknowledge that he/she has read and accepted Holland America Line's privacy policy.
8. This Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the England and Wales.
9. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw if any fraud, virus or other technical problem or factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Prize Draw, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. In such event, Promoter reserves the right to award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
10. Requests must be received no later than 10 June 2012.
11. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this Prize Draw (or any portion thereof) should fraud or any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Promoter corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Prize Draw.

Promoter: The promoter is Seavacations UK Ltd, a Carnival plc company, General Sales Agent for Holland America Line in the United Kingdom and Ireland, 5 Gainsford Street, London SE1 2NE.
Liability: By entering this Prize Draw, entrant agrees that the Promoter, HAL, their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "HAL Parties") shall not be liable to any entrant in relation to their participation in the Prize Draw, receipt or use/misuse of the cruise prize or its features, any typographical or other error in these rules or the announcement of offering of the cruise prize, except for any liability for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of any of the Parties.
