Error on Credit Report

I recently signed up to a free trial on Equifax and noticed an error on my report, so I have now spoken to the company at fault and hopefully this will be sorted out.

However do i need to also see my reports from Experian etc to check that the same details are correct/incorrect with them, or will the company contact all of the report providers?

It seems strange to me that you would need to check your report with all 3? For example if you've defaulted (which i haven't) could it show on one of your reports and not another?

Thanks,

Not every lender shares every portfolio with every agency. So i would recommend checking all 3.

As above, and as you know mistakes happen and things get misreport, forgotten as well.
