When does the overheat light come on? If it is just when the ignition is turned on and just for a few seconds it is probably a self check to show/prove it works.

A service light is one thing but the temperature light is a bigger issue.
I wouldnt go far with that light on. Overheating could cause serious wallet emptying damage.
And with no gauge just a light you wont really know until its too late.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
