City Link parcel problem

Ok, so I sent a parcel via PayPerParcel (PPP) who sent City Link to collect the parcel. The driver got my signature, I took the tracking number and then he left. There is no sign of the collection on the City Link tracking and now today I get a message that the collection has been cancelled by the sender. What do I do? Has the driver stolen my parcel? It is to my understanding that PPP is using City Link temporarily until Yodels backlog clears.

I can't contact PPP because their offices and phone lines are closed until Monday :(

What should I do? Tracking info is below:

Thanks.

your contract is with PPP, you shouldn't contact City Link, wait for PPP to open on Monday and speak with them - it looks like PPP have cancelled the request, therefore its likely it might have been moved under a different tracking number.

Like I say though, your contract is with PPP, you will need to speak to them about it (this is the reason why PPP is cheaper than City Link direct as they are entirely responsible for your shipment).
