For a long time now I have consistently received promotion offers from MBNA - 0% purchases, BT's etc. Last month this had dropped to 2 now it's a phone for details scenario. Anyone else found this?

MBNA is for sale, so they're not out touting for new business or accepting new applications at the mo.0

MBNA are no longer doing deals etc as there trying to sell themselves.0

That may be your experience, but in my online area is an offer for 13 months 0% on BTs and money transfers for a low 2% fee on my Virgin Atlantic card...just 2 months after I cleared my last £19K money transfer.bengalknights wrote: »MBNA are no longer doing deals etc as there trying to sell themselves.0 -

I have not had any others for about 4 months. However that said I phoned them and over the telephone they offered me 12 months bt at zero percent or 12 months into my bank account with the usual 3 percent fee.0 -
Phoned them yesterday and they offered 0% BT for 9 mths. I only wanted £1k BT.
They said it would have been longer for a larger BT, but they eventually offered 12 mths anyway.
If they make no offers people will leave and the business will be worth less.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.
