Just heard on the news that Groupon is being investigated (I think by the Office of Fair Trading), so I would suggest not rushing to pay them anything just yet!

    Thanks LadyDee.
    I won't be using them,

I got one, I registered with Groupon earlier this year but have never bought a deal, I also got a £5 voucher for Edinburghs Great Deal but haven't bought from them either :)

this is a good article, for every deal they sell they take half the price, some of the businesses are complaining but 50% of the costs seems excessive

Thank for the heads up - but Im having a problem. I signed up to Groupon ages ago. I typed in my email addy and password (which is more than likely wrong) and was told either email addy or password was incorrect. I typed in my email addy to get a new password and its saying my email addy is incorrect. Ive checked it 3 times (its correct) and it must be the one regiestered as Ive just clicked the email for my £5 off through it (its my only email addy I have!) What on earth can I do now?
I want free Graze boxes

It MUST be the account you got your e-mail sent to so it must be a problem on the site if its not letting you change your password on it

I'd give them a ring tomorrow if I were you , or send them a message tonight and they will get back to you , either way you should be able to use it as its yours and you have until 8th December and the Graze deal ends in 75 hours so you have plenty of time to sort it out :D:D

ooooo I'll look out for the KGB one as I haven't bought from them in ages either! lol

Do you know the wording of the KGB e-mail please? I'd probably ignore it other wise and miss out! lol
