i want to buy something but it didn't recognise my password so i clicked to reset password and it didn't even recognise my email address even though i receive 2 emails from them a day. tried to ring the 0203 number and number unobtainable. i need to order this quickly for a present - can anyone help please?

Are you sure you dialled the right number - I just tried and got through ok. The other alternative is to try to contact through the facebook page.

Just tried to redeem the Graze coupon and it is only for new accounts. Tried setting up one in wifes name using my bank details but it recognised the card number. Will have to try and nab her card.......

Thats what is says on the offer details?

Maybe thats what happened yesterday with the Chemist4u one , people got on early , got the good stuff , lots OOS so shut down page altogether!

I don't know why they give it a 'time' the offer supposed to start if you can get on and use it any time before that anyway?

Received my £5 Graze Groupon Voucher so signed up for my 4 free boxes.

Just had a £1 deduction from the Credit Card I registered for this offer.

Is this refunded shortly?

I am sure there should not be any deductions until after the free boxes have been dispatched, so I am not sure why this has happen.:mad::(:think:

I have emailed Graze with this enquiry.

Has anyone else had a £1 deduction from their cards.

I put my code in for graze box, it says your promo gives you your first 4 boxes free, is this 4 boxes in one delivery or 4 boxes over 4 weeks..... I find this graze box site very economical with order details etc...... when best cancel card?
