just had a reply to my email about my order and they said 'this order will be dispatched in the next couple of days' so looking good x
my other order they said 'There is a delay so it has not been dispatched yet. It will be with you shortly' not looking too good this one x edited to say just got another email about this one 'There is a delay so it should be with you middle of next week, sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your parcel has been shipped' hooray!

I just logged onto my account to check the order status and it says I haven't placed any orders. Called them with the order number and the gentleman I spoke to says they have the order. When I asked when I could expect it he said 'probably' next week.
