My order has arrived and an email in my inbox to say it was on its way. I must say I am impressed that this company honoured the glitch and do deserve praise - how many of the other well known companies have come up with reasons not to honour orders in the past.

Well done Store Twenty One. I'll certainly be bearing them in mind for future internet shopping.

I've had all four confirmation of dispatch emails now whoop!

I agree with the above, good on them for honouring the glitch, alot of the bigger names would of cancelled the lot I suspect!

Can't wait for my parcels to arrive now

First 3 orders have been despatched, just waiting on the one with an email address I didn't bother to register......

Ive received an email for 1 of my orders (out of 2), 2 family member's have also received a despatch email, just 1 each as thats all they done was 1 order. However for my 2nd order i didnt receive an email so i emailed, i have copied and paste the email below, about 40minutes after this email i then received an official despatched email x

I have just received the order made using my OH's email, which was the second order I made, I didn't register any of the 3 emails I used, just went through the quick checkout option.

The first order I made, which was an intended order but thought I'd look for a discount code before checking out, which obviously directed me to this thread, (thanks again OP) hasn't arrived yet and no despatch email so fingers crossed the items that I intended to buy arrive.

The glitch orders though will now go towards some nice little stocking fillers for family members :T

Wow - I didn't think it would happen... great news, happy for you guys (and a little bit disappointed that I missed all the fun because I was sat in the pub waiting for my colleagues, who were late! lol)
