The poster on HDUK says their order status has not changed, and others who have ordered previously have also said the same

Oh and they received no dispatch email either.

I got a parcel from Storetwenty one just now. Was so excited to receive it but when i opened a big disappointment. Its not the item i ordered!!!!!
It has a different invoice address but my delivery address..i guess they are sending mine to the other person :-(
