Don't know if this means anything or not, but just to say that between three friends we had three orders placed. When emailed two of them said "Released for Dispatch" but the other said "In progress". Now I've just logged on the website and checked again, logged in and its changed and now says "Released for dispatch" too :O

30 days?! wow that is slow, although it will be a nice surprise when it does go into my account, I would have forgotten about it by then.

I agree from that initial 'released for dispatch' email it's quite a few days before the other dispatch email comes out to say items shipped so don't panic guys as someone else said this is completely normal for them
