Where can I report this company?

Having dreadful problems with www.turnintocash.com (and i'm not the only one, see here
Basically I sent items in 6 weeks ago. Took weeks for the trade status to change in my account section. Stages did not meet the time scales given on website. And I still haven't had my money despite being told a week ago a cheque would be posted "usually with 2 working days"- trade status hasn't moved for a week so no cheque has been sent.
So I complained to Manchester Trading Standards (where they are based) as I feel they have breached their contract with me by messing around and since they have now agreed to buy the goods from me, but failed to pay.
Got a generic reply of "MTS is now covered by Consumer Direct". But looking on that website there is nowhere that I can submit my complaint since it doesn't seem to fit any of the options given.
What else can I do in terms of reporting them to someone/somewhere? I know eventually I will have to complain to the company, but they take days to answer emails (not one working day as they promise!) and others have had no luck even after speaking to the CEO.
Someone official needs to know how bad this company is. And I want my £20 they have bought my goods for!
