They've sent me the wrong item! I've got two boxes of "Sparkling Selection" which is a mix of white and rose wine. There's no way I can return these, they're much too heavy and fragile because of the glass! If the original item is out of stock then maybe they'll offer me a refund. :think:

I'm fuming :mad:. They also sent me two boxes of the wrong item. Had four bottles of mixed cava. Not apologetic at all and tried to imply that I ordered the wrong item. Which i would nearly say i am ocd of checking things before i proceed.
When ringing m and s i found the customer service to be appaulling. Has issued a refund and I am to return to my local food hall for refund to be proccessed.
Hope everyone receives the right order. X
