Ordered 3x photo mugs for the grandparents from the kids for Christmas - when received 2 of them were fine (red interior and red background to photos) but the 3rd (blue interior and blue background to photos) had fading around the mug rim with some white patches.
I went onto their website and clicked on live chat really just to ask if this was usual for a dark coloured mug - it wasn't that bad so was going to keep it. They straight away asked for my order number, which I gave and then the next sentence was saying that they have reordered my blue mug free of charge, no questions asked.
I wasn't expecting this fast resolution so just wanted to post to give them some praise.
