What will you spend today, Thurs 1 Feb?

NSD for me. I'm going to get home from work and watch the sixth season of the west wing which I was recently given on DVD.

hmmmm. I'm contemplating an NSD, but I am working tonight, and what might happen is that people from work go for a drink afterwards. Also, I gave up booze for January, and i'm very aware that it is now FEBRUARY

I gave up booze for January too! Not for any new years resolution or anything, but because I had a horrible cold all Xmas and New Year and alcohol was just wet ash in the mouth, so I canned it for a month, or more specifcally 4 weeks, because it's a nice round number (and fell at the weekend).

  • Should be a NSD today as I have no need to spend anything. Mind you, yesterday afternoon I got really hungry and ended up spending 60p on snacks from the machine even though I had brought a packed lunch to work like I do every day!

Needed milk, so was very good, went to Waitrose and only bought milk!!!! So £1.62 and thats it.
  • Need to post a few letters recorded delivery so £2 for that and then having a naughty but nice treat which will cost £25. So I am saying £27 but might go out later to the pub and spend a fiver. Might not though!

Will report back later when I know what has left my purse!

    :heartpuls CG :heartpuls

    Update:
    £2 in Post Office
    £25 on treat
£1.36 in Somerfield on bread roll, cake and bottle of water

Not going out later. Changed my mind!
Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

NSD here. Have lunch with me, only 20p in my purse, nothing in the bank... no temptation possible!

Quick drink after work with work, but paid for by work presumably, so no spend there. Hurrah.

£39 sky bill, £24 postal order for some nail polish from ebay, the car's in for its service (£202 + anything else they find wrong with it EEEK), tesco later - long list, so I don't expect that to be cheap either.... sigh.....

Oh and £45 to Scouts tonight for DS's camp this weekend. And I bet he comes home from school needing some new stuff for camp too... BIG sigh.....
