The type of meter makes no difference, it's simply a different measure of volume that is recorded. The end bill is converted to kWh's, and that is the same. Only the conversion formula is different.
Sometimes the meter does not match the billing formula, so the billing would therefore be wrong.No free lunch, and no free laptop
