Hi can anyone help me???
I have bn renting a house for 2 1/2 yrs when we moved in our electric was an economy 10. We have recently noticed due to our bills geting higher and higher, they haver changed our tariff from an Economy 10 to Economy 10 Green tariff, which is allot higher rate, plus they take a Green fund comtribution.
I called EDf to raise the matter she told me she didnt know why they had changed our tariff, it must be an admin error. She said they will re credit our edf account but may take awhile. Is there anyway I can speed this up as they keep sending me red letters telling us we still owe the £145 at the higher rate still. Also nobody is getting back to us on the matter it a case of me calling all the time to chace the money owed to us. They also took out £465.61p on the 18th of oct even though we have a dd of £140 pm can they do this??? surely they should put the bill on hold until they have sorted the THERE ADMIN ERROR out??? by them taking that amount of money took us over drawn. Im jus getting angry they have been over charging us for the past 2 yrs and our happy to take our money but not do anything to rectify this problem they have caused!! I explained there is only my husband that earns the money so it's out alot of pressure on him to pay this bill, can anyone give me any advice on what steps we can take to sort this mess out please ??
