I've ordered the Philippa Gregory set for my mum - if she's read one or two of them do you think I can exchange the books she's read for ones that she hasn't?

I don't think you will be able to you as the bundle is priced as a bundle and not the individual books. When I took three pack to store they refunded via the bundle code as they couldn't scan the individual books.

The price is so good anyway you could always give any spares to charity or birthday presents.
