Are 14 days -14 working days or simply counted from the day I put my claim to the small claims court? (i.e 1.2.07 -claim due 14.2.07?)
Or am I just confused?

The courts will issue you a letter informing you when the claim was served and they have 14 days from then, not 14 working days. Hope that helped!"Think for yourselves and allow others the privilege to do so too." Voltaire.0
