  • Great news sparky. You are being a bit of a tease though methinks - keeping us hanging there in suspense till you get back. Promise will keep my lips sealed. :lipsrseal

Got a £2 coin in my purse - if it is still there by the end of the week - into the pot it goes.

    Happy Potting everyone

£3.64 in the pot today :j but no roadkill :(:( :rotfl:
I took each dog out separately for walkies and didn't find a bean! Gave the 3 dogs a good walk but nearly killed myself. :rotfl:
It was on my 3rd circuit that I remembered it was half term and it was no use looking for schoolkid cast offs. :o
What makes that worse is that I've got a grandson who's off this week and we took him out yesterday. :p:D
    Hugs all.
    Be Well.

Thank you Sue-UU, I'm feeling much better! Just waiting for the tiredness to go away. It is really annoying feeling like you need to sleep all the time! I'm a bit worried about going back to work next week so just doing 3 days to start with.

Give into the wanting to sleep, Janey, your body needs it even if you think it shouldn't. It's all to do with nature's way of healing

Not long now before the secret's divulged then sparky!! Great news about the mortgage too.

There's usually more chance of getting 'droppings' from youngsters in half tern, Modesty, check out the playing field etc.

    Very true indeed, black cat!
Right, I'm away for the night. Sleep well folks.

  • Ok, I need to tell you all my events of the night. I have no one else to tell :(

So, I've just spent about an hour making myself a birthday cake for tomorrow. Into the oven it went, then, about 5 minutes later I remember I had left the plastic on the bottom of the blender. So I now have tiny bits of plastic all though the two cakes I ended up making! I'm so gutted.!

However, I am slightly obsessed with a guy called James Michael, he was on the x-factor (yes we all already know I'm sad). He had just tweeted me wishing me happy birthday!!!!!!! I quote "wooooo happy birthday Ruth :) Xxx" *HAPPY*

Anyway, huge post done. Thanks for reading if you did x!

P.s £3.90 for my pot tonight. Added an extra £1 to my change just to really top my night off.!

    Night everyone xxx
