    Hi all,

Don't worry about this thread Alliboy03, we're far too nice to be ripping people's heads off. You may just have to dodge Lashley82's missile pot - WARNING: it is huge and heavily laden with nickle and copper .

I have added another £1.65 to my pot. Yipeeeeee - there is hope for me. Am now well on my way of reaching my first £5 target!!

I know I have at least 53p in my purse so I'm going to throw that in the pot(s) when I get home :) Not potted for awhile as I've been having NSDs and they really limit the amount of loose change grr.

alliboy I sometimes wonder if I come across in some posts as being a tad mean, but I'm very straight talking and meaning what I say in the nicest way. my OH says I lack some kind of filter for things because I'm so literal. T'interwebs is a bit weird though, unless you fill your posts with loads of :)'s then it can get confuddling knowing the tone of some posts.

Could I join please? I think this is a great idea and have discussed with OH about using pennies in the pot for a holiday for the two of us. Will count out what I've got so far this year when I get home. :)

You're most welcome to join us, Richy23, Saramond and Linzight! It's lovely to have you with us. biggrin.gif Have fun saving. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 4 of page 1. Please read through post 1as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.
    * Please pop your number on your sig, it helps so very much.

Oi, b_e_g...I heard that! still it was a nice welcome (even though there's only ONE post of mine to read..the 1st!!!

A shame you had to break into your pot, Hanspins, but at least it was a help at the time. Please would you pop the £100 on your siggy so it can be included in November? Thanks.

elizabunny your target is updated for you.

    CherryPie your target too.

Such sad news of your dear Dad, supasick so very young too! I'll bet he's still with you though. If you hold him in your heart, he's always there.

I'm glad you all had a lovely time, mumof3plusoh, a very Happy Birthday to your Mum!

I found a 2p coin when out on Saturday and my OH shouted out "skank" at me. I was mortified. Apparently if I go around picking up coins then I should expect such reactions. How ruddy rude!

kerri - you tell your OH that all that cash goes towards you BOTH - or did do til he called you that!!!!! So, he would never pick any money up then??? So if ever he picks picks up a £5er remind him that us women look after the pennies that get us to a fiver - in time! Skank indeed!! Kerri, I've just read your comment about the butter which is awful as you don't know what you're putting a person at risk of - seriously! Now wash his mouth out with soap!

I love your idea, sparky about giving him a crack to the back of the head!!! Let me watch, kerri! :j

Hi potted £6.00 last week. No roadkill still:( Am feeling very depressed have had continuous bladder infections since after my op in August. Feel like no one gives a bleep:(

oooh, alliboy03, that has to be so very nasty! It's bad enough when we have ONE, but to keep on doing so doesn't bare thinking of! Your friends here give more than a bleep don't you worry. Drink plenty of water, keep on sipping it most of the day to push the infection through. It will help, I promise! Try cranberry juice, it's worth a shot as it's a great help to cystitis, also have lots of warm baths or showers to help. :kisses3:Well done on the £6!!! Don't you give another though to that 'person' alibob, and if you're still able to help the other poster, do so by PM. You stick with us, we're your friends...each others friends. :kisses::kisses::kisses::kisses::kisses::kisses::kisses::kisses::kisses:

Very well done, Susanne, keep it up and stay focused.

    A wonderful find, mumwithamission!!!!! :T
