Mr Postie brought me £20 worth of shopping vouchers (survey rewards) so I will convert them into cash and deposit the proceeds out of harms way in my pot.
Unfortunately said vouchers have been spent on some hairbrush/dryer thingy from Mr T's sale (third off) but I think I deserve a treat - it is christmas after all.:p
On a brighter note, DS has repaid me £5 he owed me (honestly thought I'd seen the last of it) and neighbour has insisted I took £1 for newspaper I brought for her at weekend. Both amounts have been safely deposited in pot (promise).
Had a NSD today but I think I might be out and about tomorrow.

 Hope you all had a good Christmas
I hope you all got good pressies...me personally, I had a bit of a shock . Christmas Day (picture the scene), an over excited unwrapping is happening (the lovely wife is watching), I gradually rip and tear the paper off to reveal my;) pressie........... now it was early in the morning, so the brain matter hadn't kicked in, my faced dropped, and the words, "Jesus...they're..." while I was thinking of a way to be complimentary, about the oversized y fronts with matching piping that was in front of me, I looked up and she was killing herself laughing:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl::D. She'd finally managed to get me a good ' un:p...I know, I was shocked too, but the last laugh will be on her next Christmas
...I'm keeping them till next year, stapling some baubles to the front, getting myself some charity slippers and a lovely tank top. Then I'm going to wake her up with a bit of lovely sexy male pole dancing
. I know, a lovely festive mental image for you all ...

I got my rather large sealed tin that i asked for as a pressie
I love it AND my Mum gave me loads of 5p's to put in it too. Can't wait to start filling it up.
I've got so much craft stuff from years back that I'll be making my own cards for next year (pot a few pounds for that) AND we've got enough wrapping paper left over for next year too so already saving those pennies :j
Think I'm gonna do my usual and buy my 'family' cards half price in the sales aswell, I like to be prepared!
Got given a lovely trendy mug, some posh hot choc and a BIG bottle of peppermint syrup so i can make my own instead of paying out and going to that well known coffee shop. Oooooh, it'll save me loads
Hope everyone is having a lovely time.Sealed Pot Challenge Member no. 048
