A couple of months ago we finally made a Will and it is something that we have talked about for years and just never got around to doing. However, after the birth of our second Son we decided that we needed to get one done.
Giving blood is also something that I have said I would do, but have never got around to doing. I have given blood once, around 5 years ago but I never went again and now it's time that I register again and donate blood regularly.
Also, if I put something down in writing (like this list) it will make me more motivated to achieve it.

sweetdaisy,
Giving blood is very worthwhile.
I have been giving blood for many years now, on and off. They wouldn't let give blood for a while as I'd travelled to an area of the world with high risk of malaria infection.
However, I started giving blood again last year and would like to keep going. It's one of the best things you can do to help other people, and doesn't cost anything. You never know, someone you know might end up needing it.
I would encourage everyone to give blood.0 -

I gave blood once, then went on holiday to China so was told I couldn't give blood for a few years, but now is the time to start donating again.
