Installing Fluorescent Fitting with Tube

Hi
In my garage I would like to install a new Fluorescent Fitting with Tube light such as http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/TNPP170.html
How much labour should this cost? The garage already has two lights and its own consumer unit which is new so the new light would just need to spur off from the existing lighting circuit
Many Thanks
