Catalogue PPI Claims

Hi, I'm a late starter and have only just started reclaiming missold PPI from bank loans/credit cards/catalogues etc.

I think it have the bank loan claims sorted but have the following questions:-

1. I know in the past I have had both a Barclaycard credit card and a Capital One credit card but no longer have any account details. can i still claim and if so to whom what address would i direct a claim?

2. I have a Very and Freemans catalogue and wonder if anyone has had any success with these people. if so, to what address/company would i direct any claim?

Would be grateful for all thoughts and advice.

Hi there

Yes you can try making reclaims on even older accounts, give it a shot with your reasons you have for being mis sold.

I would not worry about the paperwork at this time, as long as you have the account numbers that is fine, and take it from there.

I have not had any dealings with the catalogue business myself but maybe others have on here and will post up in due course.
However, you use the catalogue account number and if you have any statements, I assume you write to the address shown on them, or the head office perhaps, keep copies as well of your letters, good luck.:)
