Ticketmaster - Cancelled concerts

Has anyone had any experience of Ticketmaster with cancelled concerts. We're going to Birmingham next week originally to see George Michael but of course his concert is cancelled. I've alreday been in touch with Ticketmaster as we're not prepared to fork out another couple of hundred pounds for travel and hotel, and would like a refund. All we get is wait until the concert is rescheduled, well going by the seriousness of the illness this will be some time. Any advice would be helpful.

I had tickets booked through Ticketsoup and they have sent a letter offering, which I took them up on, a full refund including booking fees.
