Advice about BT line rental

I currently have BT line rental but calls and broadband through SKY. I see my line rental is about to go up to £14.60 a month.

Am i better to switch line rental to SKY for £12.25 a month i think OR should i go with the Line Rental Saver Option with BT. I see that works out as £10 a month but id also get a £1.50 charge a month for not making any BT calls.

So does that really work out to £11.50 a month which is basically £3 a month saving?

Advice appreciated....

You can save even more with Sky if you pay 12 months line rental up front, Not sure how much it is but Im sure someone will come along with the cost. (i think about £8 or so)
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Is it likely to make much difference to me or cause any problems for me if i switch to SKY for their line rental? I actually make NO landline calls at all but need it for my broadband.

If you make no calls then what about going with neither BT nor Sky and going with Primus instead? £6.49 line rental if you go with the offer on this site, and no need to sign up for a call package.
