  • If you have a laptop and your numbers share the same keys as the letters when a blue function key is pressed, you may have set the function key to be permanently on...

  • ah yes! in fact if its a laptop thats definitely the reason as it explains why letters on the left side are working but the right ones arent!!!

    You need to deactivate Num Lock :)
